You can only add a win from the "View Sweeps" screen. Select the sweepstake that you won from and then, in the "My Sweeping" area, click the "I Won!" button. This will take you to the screen to record your win.

• Sweepstake: The name of the sweepstake (this cannot be changed)
• Instant Win Time: The time that you won an instant win prize. Leave blank if not an instant win. This will help to track what times are luckiest for you for instant wins.
• Notify Date: Enter the date you were notified of the win.
• Notify By: Enter how you were notified using the pre-populated choices or you can type your own.
• Respond By: Enter the date that you must respond by to claim the prize.
• Response Sent: Enter the date that you responded.
• Prize Won: Enter the prize that you won.
• Prize Category: Select the prize category using the pre-populated choices or you can type your own.
• ARV: Enter the aproximate retail value that the sponsor listed for the prize.
• FMV: Enter the fair market value of the prize when you receive it. The fair market value can be different and it can affect how much in taxes you pay. If you find the value to be lower than the ARV, print/keep proof of the value and contact the sponsor to see if they will lower the ARV on your 1099. You will also need the proof of value for the IRS when you file your taxes.
• Prize Due: Enter the date the prize is scheduled to arrive.
• Prize Delivered: Enter the daate the prize was delivered.
• Comments: Enter any comments about the win.
