There are several ways to add a sweepstake to your list.

1. Clicking "Add a Sweep"

   You can manually enter all the sweepstake information to add the sweepstake to your list, either from the sweepstake URL or the rules URL.

2. Enter a URL in "Add a Sweep" and clicking the button next to the field.

   This will attempt to add the sweepstake information automatically using SweepSense™¹. If SweepsDiary is able to retrieve some information, the software will automatically populate the fields for the information it retrieved.

3. Use the embedded browser to navigate to a sweepstake website, then click the "Add Sweep" button in the top toolbar.

   Like the previous example, this will attempt to add the sweepstake information automatically using SweepSense™¹. If SweepsDiary is able to retrieve some information, the software will automatically populate the fields for the information it retrieved.

• Name: Enter the name/title of the sweepstake.
• URL: Enter the URL for the main sweepstake page.
• Add Sweep Button: Enter the URL for the main sweepstake page and press this button to have SweepsDiary attempt to add details about this sweepstake automatically using SweepSense™¹.
• Rules URL: Enter the URL for the rules page of the sweepstake.
• Add Sweep Button: Enter the URL for the sweepstake rules page and press this button to have SweepsDiary attempt to add details about this sweepstake automatically using SweepSense™¹.
• Sponsor: Select the sponsor for this sweepstake using the pre-populated choices or you can type your own.
• Fulfillment: Select the fulfillment company using the pre-populated choices or you can type your own.
• Start Date: Enter the start date for this sweepstake.
• End Date: Enter the ending date for this sweepstake.
• Drawing: Enter the drawing date for this sweepstake.
• Frequency: Select the frequency of sweepstake using the pre-populated choices or you can type your own.
• Category: Select the category of sweepstake using the pre-populated choices or you can type your own.
• Type: Select the type of sweepstake using the pre-populated choices or you can type your own.
• Prize Wanted: Enter athe prize you would like to win.
• Rating: Select a rating for this sweepstake.
• One entry per household/address: Check this box if the sweepstake only allows one entery per household. SweepsDiary will use this to determine if the sweepstake was already entered when there are two or more sweeper profiles to prevent duplicate entry.
• VIS: Check this box if this sweepstake is important and it will show up on the home page so you never forget to enter it.
• Comments: Enter any comments about the sweepstake.
